[Pansophy] Pansophy issue - missing data L2HE-VTA-CAV-VTRF missing data from Project Report, James Maniscalco asking for data

Adam / John,
So I did some more searching and found that Kirk Davis authored R1, Tiffany authored R2 and R3, and Adam G authored R4 and R5.
R2 and R3 had a <<NOTE>> which requested that if an additional run was not required, then automatically copy data from INIT fields into FINAL fields (pg 4 & 5).
The auto copy of data, done with special code put in by Megan McDonald, was not done for R4 & R5.
The L2HE Project area cavity report grid only displays the FINAL fields.
James from SLAC can't see the INIT fields.
I need direction on how to proceed to help James.
Was there a reason that the note was not required?
Do we need to display both INIT and FINAL data?
Does the report for L2HE need to be updated?
Please advise.
Thank You

Subject: [Pansophy] Fw: Pansophy issue - missing data
All data that was in the database was copied to the fields in questions from earlier email.
No other fields were modified/changed.
Who can validate that data was actually put into these fields by the VTA testers?
Valerie

Subject: [EXTERNAL] RE: Pansophy issue - missing data
Hi Valerie,
Thanks for looking into this. Looks like it is mostly fixed but there is still a problem. Many of the fields are still empty on a lot of rows in the table - in particular the E field of FE onset, quench field, final Q0, and final radiation strength, as well as the performance comment and multipacting comment. Please see the red circles below.
Can you please look into this?
Thank you!
James

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Pansophy issue - missing data
Hello,
It looks like there is a problem with the external projects portal again. For most of the travelers in the L2HE Cavity Performance Grid, the "PerformanceLimit...", "PerformLimit...", "CavityPerf...", "Multipacting...", "final_Eacc...", and "RF_TEST_PROCESSED..." fields are not being populated properly. Please see below.
Is this something you can fix? If I recall, this happened in the past after a revision that changed some field names in the traveler.
Thank you!
James
