[Pansophy] New Employee Orientation Sheet

Good afternoon Tony,

Pansophy has been working on a NEO (New Employee Orientation) checklist for new hires. It allows supervisors to let us know what areas they need access to, or what training they need to go through. I've attached it and was wondering if you could look at it and give us your opinion.
In a similar vein, we were wondering what your thoughts were on training, such as Welcome to Pansophy and Traveler Authorship. Should we sit down with new employees, or create a powerpoint and let them read through it on their own? Should there be a scheduled time once a month, or on an as needed basis? And should this be an online thing, or in person? Stuff like that.
