[Pansophy] Traveler issue with L2HE-VTA-CAV-VTRF, Rev: R5, Page:6

Hi Pansophy Team,

When filling out traveler L2HE-VTA-CAV-VTRF, Rev: R5, Page:6, it would not save my selection of performance limit from the dropdown list - after selecting "quench" and clicking "submit to database" the selection is set back to -0-.
