Here is the document outlining the only method by which a traveler owner record shall be modified.
This fulfills the requirements of ISO for record annotation of changes.
We discussed this in last month's team meeting.
Please familiarize yourself with this document and ask questions if you need further clarification.
I am also attaching the CAPA-002 document for your reference.
