[Pansophy] Procedures ready for approvals

Thanks for the heads up Ashley. As for keeping the naming convention due to it being cited in documents, when a reference is updated we typically can't go in and change the link without making a new traveler revision. That's the only way we can track what procedure was used for which components. The only exception to this is when the previous revision has not yet had any traveler sequences opened under it. So we might as well update the procedure ID to the latest naming convention. Fortunately, we can do a database search to find the travelers with the link to get them updated, as opposed to manually searching.
Also, is this procedure AUP specific, or could we move it to MSPR during the update? If a version of the procedure is going to be needed for multiple projects, it would be better to have the one procedure for all as opposed to creating one for each project. What are your thoughts?
