Chris,

The traveler uploader will not run if a name appears in both the NCR Informative and Dispositioner sections. I will remove Kirk from the NCR Informative; leaving him in NCR Dispositioner will send him emails when an NCR is created for this traveler, and allow him to work on them. This will leave the NCR Informative are blank. Who should go in the NCR Informative area for these travelers instead? As a reminder, they don't have to do anything, it just informs them when an NCR is created.

Sorry Danny Forehand can also disposition NCR's but he is my reviewer so not sure what we can do but leave it the way it is

The travelers have been routed. However, I just noticed that Kirk Davis is listed in both of the NCR Informative and Dispositioner areas for both travelers. When it comes to NCRs, an email can only be put into one area. How do you want to revise this? As a reminder, an Informative only gets the email that an NCR was created. A Dispositioner can actually access and edit the NCR.

I was reviewing this traveler prior to routing. I noticed that the only reference that is linked goes to a word doc of a procedure in an old format. Upon further review, I was unable to find the PDF of the procedure in the approved procedures folder. If we want to use this procedure, it will need to be updated to the latest template and naming convention, and approved in docushare. How do you want to proceed?



Also, please don't put the excessive spacing between lines for travelers. It does not translate well into pansophy, and is tedious to clean up.
