Hi Valerie

Ed Daly just let me know that there is a very small WFO project being set up with ORNL (Rongli) for process & test of two SNS Cavities . Funding is still pending, but expected to come in July .

Ed wanted to keep this work separate from SNS (separate travelers for the Cavity Process & Test) , although the SN of the cavities will be the next in the series from SNS (see his email below)

To start I would suggest we set up a Project folder set - once the project is funded  likely a short meeting will be needed with Ed and Scott to understand the project needs before doing any work beyond setting up the project folder

>From the project set up sheet from Finance,  Scott Williams is the PI , charge code , once opened is SNSHB1

Based on the WBS and charge code already created for the prupose of completeing the AWP , Ed was requesting that we set up the project folder in Docushare  so that we are ready for when the funding arrives  - based on our past protocol the folder name should be

1.04.06.019 ORNL SNS HB CavChem & EBW (Williams)

Attached is the write up for cavity processing of two development cavities (S/N 60 & 62).  Rongli is the point of contact at ORNL and Scott will be the PI here at JLab.
The plan is to start work on these cavities in early July when the account (SNSHB1) is activated.
