Anne,
I created some new status boards for the Bellows.
Look under
PRODUCTION MENU -> STATUS BOARDS -> L2HE -> [BLBP, BLBS, BLBU, BLXD]
These are the status boards that I think will help with parts.
They are fairly easy to put together and can be done with most components.
It took me about 2 hours to do 4 status boards.

Hi Valerie
I found a different report under VarGrid that might come closer to giving me what I need - is "storage date" the date that the work was completed ?
Not urgent - just trying to find a way to make better use of the data in Pasnophy for planning of work
Thanks
Anne

Subject: Question on How to search number of Parts completed (and parts in process)
Hi Valerie
Not urgent , I am looking for how to make a user defined query that would give me a list of the parts that have completed inspection (or are in process) , by SN, and date of last entry , so I can count how many remain to be done of a particular part type (I have a separate list of the number of parts needed
The example at the moment is HE Bellows , where there are 4 types of bellows by traveler
I got into the section below, but it does not seem to be leading me to the information that I need - if you have a suggestion it would be great
Thanks for your help
Anne
