Suba,

Thank you for letting us know about JLEIC.
We will let Earl know which traveler to use.
Approximately how many travelers do you expect for this project?
We need to determine if we should give you a separate area or put you under SRFRD project area as a sub-area.

Please let us know what help you need.

Valerie

Hello Valerie and Allen,

The work on the JLEIC crab cavity was on hold for a while, and have finally resumed.

I haven’t reviewed the travelers that Allen had sent, but will get to them in the coming weeks.

Currently Earl is doing CMM measurements of some of the parts and I would like to capture the data in pansophy.

Would you be able to create a traveler not with any specific entries, an open one so that Earl can upload the data.

Could you please discuss with Earl and create a traveler?

Also I am not planning to capture any machine shop information, as we have very limited budget. But will collect data and information from all the activities at test lab. I will contact you soon for the other travelers.

Thanks,

Suba

Subashini,

I apologize for the delay, here’s the documents you asked for from the meeting. If you need any others, please don’t hesitate to ask. I’ll get the masterlist to you when it’s complete.

Allen
