Hi Mike,
The BPM housing and BPM feedthrus for the first string were brought to CMM end of February for quick check and possible RF check by Larry. It turned out Larry can check them after the string is complete. So they stayed at CMM until chemistry picked them up about last Friday (Mar11). I think these parts are on their way to the cleanroom in time for the HE string prep. Maybe you can update them as checked out? Sorry for the confusion.
Since these parts are inspected by FNAL before coming to us, we don't plan to do another inspection at JLab, so no inspection travelers for them.
Thanks,
Liang

Hi Anne & Liang,
Sorry, just to clarify, I’m specifically looking for the BPM Assembly (Housing & Feedthrus). I would like to pick them up, if they are available, in preparation for issuing the L2HE String Kits.
Thanks,
Mike Dickey

Hi Mike
Liang is responsible for the BPM & FT
For the BPM there is no inspection traveler required (per Katherine in its already inspected by Fermi, Liang did take a quick look at the first one and said it was fine )
For the FT – Liang has inspected a lot of FT, although many travelers remain open – I will let her speak to the FT

Hi Earl & Aaron,
There is talk about L2HE String assembly next week and wanted to check on the inspection status of the BPM Housing & Feedthrus. I didn’t see any travelers in the system for these, so I thought I would check with you folks.
