[Pansophy] C100R Solopova replacement and C100R-CM-INST

Mike,

I was reviewing the C100R masterlist and noticed that Solopova is still listed in several locations. Who should replace them going forward?
Also, I was asked to reach out about C100R-CM-INST. It's been overdue for some time now. Do we have an update on when it will be ready for routing?
