[Pansophy] Staff changes on HE Project

Hi all ,

In todays HE meeting,  John Hogan announced a few changes to the staffing for HE due to various people moving on to new positions


*         CAM (Control Account Manager) - Adam Grabowski will replace Katherine Wilson who is going to EIC


*         Gary Cheng will be the Project Engineer (PE) for HE


*         TR (SOTR) for Magnets) - Johnn also mentioned that Joe Meyers will replace Lakshmi who had been the TR (SOTR) for the Magnet
