[Pansophy] L2HE cavity string mag hygiene traveler

Hi Michelle,

Having exchanged with pansophy team, we think the new traveler shall be 
titled L2HE-CLNRM-CST-DMAG.

As I have mentioned to you, there are a few essential elements to be 
included in the traveler:
1. Cavity string or CM SN
2. A statement to clarify that the work does not need to be done inside 
the cleanroom
3. List of items to be surveyed/demag'ed
4. cite relevant drawings, OSPs
5. Reviewers: myself, Danny and John. Please also send a copy of the 
draft traveler to Mike D for comments.
