[Pansophy] C20 / C75 HOME / HOMEG Confusion! Needs to be sorted please!!

Hi Valerie

My apologies for any confusion I may have caused - my main concern was to get SN into the travelers for be available for the elbow inspections that were started last week, and the C20 EG inspections to start today or tomorrow.

There are two meetings happening today for C20/C75

  1.  For the C20 EG- and C75 Cavities  Christiana has a meeting this morning to go through the process for the C20 EG - I will add you to the invitation so that we can discuss the Cavity traceability
  2.  For the elbows , my understanding had been that since they are a "common" part they would be included only on C75 Travelers

I believe there is a C75 Meeting today - it might be good if you were to bring up this topic when the Work Control documents are discussed so we are all on the same page

Mike and I went through all the emails. Sorry about the delay.

The Requests:

  *   Aaron:  C20  HOMESN  (HOM Elbows) add 240, 241, 242 and 243
  *   Aaron: C75 HOMESN (HOM Elbows) add 046
  *   Anne: you asked the 1st 4 numbers above be added to C75 and not C20?
  *   Anne: C20 HOMEGSN (HOM End Groups) EG-IA323 and EG-IA324 (clarified by Gigi)

The Questions:

  1.  C20 or C75 or Both for HOM Elbow SNs?
  2.  Please don’t confuse HOMEs with HOMEGs, clarify please.
  3.  The C20 HOMEs are for the DISA traveler, however, most likely these will eventually be used in C75, correct? So They would need to be added to both C20 and C75?
  4.  The 046 HOME for C75, came from where? We could not find in the database. Was this from a previous C20 DISA?
  5.  None of the C20-CPR-DISA travelers have new HOME (or any component) SNs assigned. This does not help with traceability. Any way to back track?
  6.  HOM End Groups (323 and 324) will be added to C20, but also C75?

Once we get clarification for these numbers we will add them to the database ASAP!

Hello Pansophy Team -

Gigi has clarified the SN for the two C20 cavities coming to us today .   The SN should read  EG-IAxxx

The first two cavities are 323 and 324 , and will come to the CMM room from Chris Dreyfus today once cleared by RADCON

Could you please add these first two SN to Pansophy so that Aaron & Earl can up load the data on the C20 cavities

We will let you know the SN for the other 6 cavities when they become available

Hello Pansophy team -

 could you please look into this request (initially sent 6 days ago) for C75 Elbows Serial numbers to be added to Pansophy - This is becoming more urgent as the elbows are now the top priority for inspection and are needed in Production

Also - just a "heads up , Christanna is now assigned to co-ordinate the C20 end groups , where these serial numbers will also need to be added to Pansophy this week The first two cavities of 8 end in 323 and 324.  (I believe the full SB according to Gigi is supposed to be EN-IA-323 & 324, Christiana is having a meeting later today to confirm all details. There will be 6 more c20 cavities coming later this week, where we do not yet have the SN , that will also need to be added to Pansophy
