Hi Pansophy team,

I've uploaded a new procedure "Establish Purge in L2HE String" (L2HE-PR-CLNRM-CST-PURGE) to the ready for approvals folder.  Please send this out for approval (myself, Danny, Peter, and John Hogan) as soon as possible.  We need this procedure approved and issued by Friday 5/20 to support the FPCC replacement work timeline.
