[Pansophy] Mismatch in NCR Report Numbers

According to the database table (L2HENCR):

60 NCRs for "Other" is correct
9 NCRs for the Traveler L2HE-CMA-UCM-INSP  is correct; 8 are OTHER, 1 is DINGS

The middle picture is the one with some sort of "grouping" / "counting" error.
We will have to research to resolve.

Another Option for information. On DATAMINE MENU -> REPORTS -> PROJECT OVERVIEW -> SELECT L2HE
At the bottom shows a break down of classifications by traveler. Hopefully this helps.
