[Pansophy] C100R Travelers Ready for Approval

Hello,

I've uploaded the new C100R window and waveguide related travelers to the Ready for Approvals folder (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-49545 ) and have deleted them from the Draft Travelers folder.  Please send the travelers out for approval.  I am not listed as an author for these travelers, so I will need to ask you for regular updates on who is left to approve each document.

Once these new travelers are in place, I will help with the migration of the data in the open travelers (C100R-INSP-ADPT x24 instances) so that the old travelers can be archived.

These new travelers also require that a new SN get created for the WINWGD.  I have corresponded with Mike on this but please let me know what else needs to be done so that the SNs are in place to support the new travelers.

I have also uploaded the process map<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-262780/C100R_WindowWaveguideTravelersNew.pdf> and list<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-262781/C100R%20Primary%20Window%20Waveguide%20Assembly%20Process%20List.pdf> to hopefully help with making a dashboard / report to track these components once the travelers are in place.

Side note - I am also making changes to the C100R-CST-ASSY traveler but it will be several weeks before this one is ready for review / approval.
