There's a couple of things we can do. I could let you know when a new batch has gone out. I'm also putting a 2 day overdue notice on the routings, so I could CC you when I send a reminder out. And of course when I email people letting them know the form has been fully approved I can send them to you. Lastly, docushare does allow you to put notifications on folders so you get an email when a new document is put in; I was going to do that for myself but we could also set it up for you too.
Alternatively, going forward I list you as an approver for each form and that solves the problem of you staying in the loop of what's going out without you manually checking the folders. We can also do the other stuff as well if you'd like. We can talk about this on Monday.

I'm also wondering about some type of notification to me that the sign request has gone out since I am the gate keeper and may need to chase......unless that is an Allen thing? Maybe I just need to know when the record is approved and entered? Put a meeting on the Calendar for Monday morning.

It does state in the document form what the training is. It's not exactly the same training name, but it's close enough that they should be able to figure it out. I still can if you want though.

You may notice, or have already noticed, an unusual approval routing in your inbox. As part of our ISO effort, we are using a new Acknowledgement Form to keep records of training. This form is sent out to you, your supervisor, and an authorized evaluator for the training you completed to confirm that you now have the necessary skills. If you have never had to approve a routing, simply login to your docushare account (which should be your same login information for the JLab website), then follow the link in the email to review and approve the document.
