[Pansophy] Docushare emails

I hadn't started working on it but here's a query I ran this morning.  These are people from the SRF organiztion. (either onsite date between today and 700 days ago or Jlab staff)

I added a few people who I figured really needed an account.

In the attachment you can see people who still don't have an account  (no docushare username) - they are users. Should they have docushare accounts also?

Let me know if I missed anyone.

P.S. I created an account you requested for Mark Weihl recently. He isn't in SRF so wouldn't be in this list. He's in the Engineering Division. So if you need accounts for anyone outside of the SRF division, they would have to be created manually.

Dana,

I was wondering if the cron you were working on had been completed, and the new SRF employees given docushare accounts. We are sending out some routing slips for ISO work, and wanted to be sure that we could send them out to everyone.
