[Pansophy] C100R-INSP-DSRF vs C100R-CAV-INSP-DSRF

Hi Allen - The intention is for C100R-CAV-INSP-DSRF to be archived when C100R-INSP-DSRF is approved.  The old traveler did not include steps for inspecting the DSRF if it had been modified to be a primary window.

Tiffany,

I noticed that both C100R-INSP-DSRF and C100R-CAV-INSP-DSRF are both C100R Double Sided Rectangular Flange Inspection travelers, with the latter being a receiving inspection. I was wondering if it covered things for your new C100R-INSP-DSRF, and if we actually needed a new traveler.
