[Pansophy] C100R Travelers

I will also be away from my desk most of the rest of today and tomorrow, I'll give a pictorial of how I am checking the status of files in the Approvals folder.  When I follow this process for travelers that I am an approver for, I am able to see the routing status.  It is only for travelers that I am not an approver for that I get the error message.

I log into Docushare and go to the C100R folder for Process Documents/Travelers (C100R) / Approvals:

I click the "3-lines" next to the file I want to check (in this example C100R-CMA-WIN-WELD.docx).

I'll click "Routing".

I then click the file name (blue hyperlink).

And I get the message that I cannot see the document's routing status.

Tiffany,

It's strange that you're not able to view traveler routings, that shouldn't be an issue. Would you be able to have a short meeting this afternoon where we go through your process for checking the routing, just to make sure we're not missing anything?
I'm going to be somewhat out this afternoon but should probably be back by 2:30 and definitely by 3.

I'll send an email and see if we can get a few more people to approve the travelers.

As for checking the status, because I am not an approver for the travelers I cannot see the status of the routing.  I believe that the Pansophy team must have special privileges in Docushare to allow you to see the status of all documents.  I get an error instead:

Tiffany,

Most are waiting for Scott Williams to sign, although some are also waiting on Chris Wilcox, Anne McEwen, Earl Mosby, River Fiedler, Aaron Austin, and/or John Fischer.

C100R-CMTF-WINWGD-HPRF-R1 has been approved and is waiting on special coding to go into production, but it is not waiting on anyone to approve it.

If you would like to keep an eye on the routings as people sign them, you can do so by clicking the properties button on the right side of docushare (the one with the three vertical lines), going to the document's routing page, and selecting the latest routing. I will continue to periodically send reminders to people, but that is the best way of keeping up to date on the signing status of travelers. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
