[Pansophy] Routing

Hi,
I routed a bunch of competency documents for signatures and several are now completed.  Looking at others Allen did as an example, it seems like I just take a screen shot of the approvals, paste that below the signatures, then save it as a PDF and upload to the completed folder.

Is that correct?
