[Pansophy] Docushare view routing permissions

I am no Docushare expert - so I have to just google. It looks like you guys are probably right - my answer would have also been to test by giving and removing permissions to see what happened.
I also found this: https://docushare.xerox.com/partner/en/help/user/pdf/user_guide.pdf (page 90)

The routing task owner and each recipient can view the routing status of a document or any of its versions on the Routing page for the document. The page displays both tasks in progress and deleted tasks. To view a document's routing tasks: 1. Do one of the following: - Locate the document whose tasks you want to view. - Open a routing report or request window that contains the document whose tasks you want to view. 2. Click the Properties icon that appears to the right of the document's title. The View Properties page appears. 3. Click the Routing link. The tasks and their status display.

So it appears it's only intended to be seen by the task owner and recipient. It looks like it also includes managers but if you're not a owner, recipient or manager, you can't see it.

To whom it may concern,

Some of the users have been unable to view the status of routings for travelers and procedures in docushare. Upon investigation, it was found that they had reader/writer permissions, but not manager permissions. When we gave them manager permissions, they were able to view them. I was under the impression that reader/writer were sufficient enough to check a document's routing, even if they weren't a routing recipient. Is it the case that they need to have manager permissions as well, or was there something else we might've unintentionally changed that gave them permission?
