Mircea,

Absolutely! We are working on that. We have not yet added all the new features of HTML 5 to our code. One change is the way “required” fields are handled.

As soon as we get ER5C completed we will be getting back to those “fixes”.

Val, for such situations, could we change the warning message: "We are sorry. Something went wrong. We are working on it now" with something more direct , eventually something like "Something went wrong. please check DescribeStaff option on Page 1".   direct the user ( Technician ) to the error window.

You were right!

The DescribeStaff use to auto fill when selecting a new NCR.

I have updated the code and it should work as before.

Unfortunately, no.

Val, I never used DescribeStaff. This is the first time I learn about.

Had no problems before to log in Pansophy, feedup test data in traveler, and then , if necessary, click on Generate NCR. A new windows was opened, always was able to select the reason the NCR is initiated and just the comments. Then click to initiate the NCR, followed by Submit.

 About one month ago had this NCR generated. Did not have to feed up anything on Page 1 (drawing number or... DESCRIBE STAFF). I see now what do you mean by DescribeStaff. I see also there is now a drop box...

Did you have any changes since? Will try once more, paying attention to what is displayed on the first page.
