[Pansophy] LCLS-HE Gate Valve Traveler change of NCR and D3 Emails

Good afternoon pansophy team,

If I wanted to request a change of D3 and NCR emails list for a traveler<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=L2HE&area=L2HE&system=CLNRM>, would I have to resubmit it for signatures as V2 or could I forward the info that would need to be changed?

I am just trying to ensure that the current management roster for HE gets the emails instead of Hogan/Katherine.   I was also hoping to get my name added as one of the NCR dispositioners.
