[Pansophy] Traveler Dropdown Question AUPPS

Hi Valerie,

I still have an issue with the dropdown. The following dropdown for NBLIDSN is coming up blank:

PRIMeS shows that there are three units with that acronym:

[cid:ed4568ae-cafd-4ea4-8d0f-102fcdec13b2]

This is on AUPPS-FAB-HHOM-ASSY

Hi Mike,

Yes, they all will have vendor dimensional information. We provide the raw material so they won't have certs. I can provide the certs if they are needed for the INV travelers

Looking at the spreadsheet and the INVENTORY TRAVELERS tab, I want to verify that All of these parts WILL have vendor certs./docs?  That is the primary purpose of the INV travelers.

The INVENTORY TRAVELERS and PARTS tabs of the attached spreadsheet list the parts that will be coming in for AUPPS, and their serial numbers. The former does not include parts that are being built at the machine shop; does it need to?

Naeem,

I have rereleased all the ASSY travelers for AUPPS with the SN dropdowns  corrected.

HOWEVER, many have NO SNs listed in our database. Where are these numbers coming from.

They will need to be added prior to use.

Yes, I would like them as dropdowns; I apologize for the error. So far, the top serial number for all four travelers (HHOMSN, FASN etc.) have been entered into PRIMeS. All the SNs will eventually be in PRIMeS. A few of the other SNs are also in there already

These SNs were put in as <<SN>> rather than dropdowns <<HHOMSN>>.

Would you prefer drop-downs?

Do you have numbers that are being pre-entered into the database? Or going through Inventory?
