[Pansophy] Procedure Hyperlinks

Hi Pansophy Team!

Would it be possible for you to add a hyperlink to an issued procedure?  The procedure L2HE-PR-CLNRM-GV2SA-ASSY-R2 is issued and the references include a procedure L2HE-PR-CLNRM-NEG-PREP, but for some reason (probably I forgot) the hyperlink did not get added to the table.  See screen shot.  If possible, could you please just add the hyperlink to this issued reference procedure without needing a revision and review cycle?
