[Pansophy] Pansophy Report missing "conforming"

Hi Jacob,
For the discussion, the chart shows the dispositions that were selected on P2 vs P4. "Use As Is" on P2 should have closed the NCR and P4 would be blank. A "Hold/Modify" on P2 could generate a variety of P4 dispositions including "Use As Is". The use of "Use As Is" has different meanings based on the page where it was selected. P2 might indicate that the tolerances on the traveler could/should be adjusted to reduce the quantity of NCRs that the TR deem acceptable. P4 indicates that our modifications were successful in correcting the issue and could be use in future drawing revisions and PR specifications.

Hi Mike,
Understood. If order of dispositions is possible, then put the intermediate ones (modify, remeasure, proceed...etc) to the left and the ending ones (reject, return to vendor, conforming, and use as is) to the right. By design the chart is double counting the instances of NCRs (many NCRs have 2 dispositions), which is why I want them in an order that separates the double counts.
For discussion - no action required... It just occurred to me, the legend/sort on Final Disposition (initial page 2 vs final page 4) can be deleted. Whether a disposition (e.g. use as is) appears on Page 2 or page 4 of an NCR is irrelevant in this chart. The chart is simply showing the count/distribution of dispositions. The disposition states themselves indicate whether it has one or two dispositions, e.g. Modify must have second disposition, Use as is can't have a disposition that follows. What are your thoughts? Does that break any functionality or is there a use for the Page 2/Page 4 data that I am missing?
Jacob

Hi Jacob,
I think we can take care of the order of the dispositions, but displaying unselected data (count = 0) may be more difficult. The query is looking at the presence of data, getting the name & count. So if the name is not there, nothing gets pulled from the query (if the name is not in the data, there is nothing to get).
Remember that this report has to be able to run for ALL projects, old and new, and there are/were different dispositions available for different projects.

Hi Mike,
Looks like it's picking up "Conforming". Another minor issue with the same chart is the presence and the order of the dispositions on the x axis. Each project has a different order and the disposition doesn't appear when there is no data values. Can they be visible all the time (even with no data values) in the following order, Hold/Modify, Hold Remeasure, Reject, Return to Vendor, Use As Is, then Conforming?

Hi Jacob,
I think this one has been solved. Have a look and let us know what you think.

I think this chart is not picking up "Conforming".
