I was about to say that procedures didn't have fields.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on either. It seems that instead of uploading a file, the traveler is supposed to collect the file name without special characters. The revision note does make mention of that. The confusing thing though is the use of <<SCINOT>>. That field should only be collecting numbers in scientific notation, not numbers, letters, and underscores. My thought would be to put a <<COMMENT>> or <<TEXT>> field instead, so you can get the CAV and underscore parts of the file name. Adam, as the author of this traveler, what are your thoughts?

Enter the LabView file name, without special characters. (Valid example: CAV_0045_YYMMDD.txt).

[[LabviewFile]] <<SCINOT>>

It has been a while since I wrote a traveler, but <<SCINOT>> doesn't seem correct for a file name.
