[Pansophy] jlab login terminal not working

I'm sorry I didn't understand what you were looking at. Okay so it is allowing you to put in your password, but the text is invisible. It's kinda like how websites will replace the characters with dots or asterisks, except we're working off of a command prompt so it's not as fancy. Just type it in as normal and hit enter. If that doesn't work, we're looking at something different.

Good Afternoon,
I downloaded the terminal for my PC via PuTTY and when the terminal requests me to type my password after entering my username, it doesn't allow me to type in my password. I was also instructed to go to a drop down menu and change the login method but I can't find that either. These are screenshots of what I'm seeing:
