I will reroute for approval. And while you can move stuff without changing the link, the final version of the procedures will be in a different document format (PDF). That, and in order to avoid messing with the approval routing records, It’s easier for me to upload the PDFs as their own files to the approved procedures folder and link from there.

I disapproved the traveler this morning so you’ll need to re-route it for approval.  Also, I remember seeing a conversation between Charlie and Valarie that I thought discussed how to move Docushare files without changing the hyperlink so I think this is possible (but I can’t find the email on this topic now).

This was by design. The references aren’t in the right folder, or right document type as they aren’t approved. I was going to update the two links once they were approved and before I uploaded the traveler to pansophy.

Allen – this traveler did not have the references updated to the new procedures.  I took a copy of the word document from the Approvals folder and edited the hyperlinks.  The new version is in the Ready for Approvals folder.  Please verify that the links to the new references will work once the procedures are approved and moved to the Approved Procedures folder.  If so, you can route the new version for approval.
