[Pansophy] Tracking cavities that have new FP setting

Hi Christiana,

I took a whack at it and came up with the attached.

To get this, I used the USER DEFINED query in the DATAMINE section and exported the results to Excel. After looking at the data, I noticed that the _QEXT or _LENGTH fields provided the best data, and filtered out the blank fields on one of these columns giving the results.

Christiana,

I apologize for the delayed response.

For clarification:
FP_Reset values: values on page 3 of Rev 5 for C75-CAV-TUNE?
Is there one in particular that is always set that we can key off of?
And the "Select Traveler" box is very generic in functionality to handle all types of travelers, but we can look into add something.
Perhaps some sort of COMPonent status board? Or is this for entering data?

Valerie

Hi Pansophy,
Is there a way to annotate or identify a C75-CAV-TUNE traveler that has had the FP_RESET values filled in? It is time consuming for the assembly group to comb through the tuning travelers to determine which traveler has the new field probe settings. The new FP settings are critical to properly prepare the cavity for a VTA test.

Some ideas would be:
- put a special character in the traveler name when listed in the Select Traveler box in the tuning traveler. Maybe an _ or * or append _FP to the name in the list.
- give the traveler name a different color or font
- alias the traveler name with _FP

Doing this would save a bunch of time for the assembly folks.

I appreciate your consideration.
Christiana
