Hi Allen,

Regarding the reviewers Bob Rimmer works. If he is busy we can add either Ashlie or Anne McEwen as they are aware of the RF-Dipole style crab cavities we have processed before. I am not sure whether they can be reviewers. So I will leave it to you to choose.
And I can be the author for the JLEIC travelers.

I am not aware of any up to date procedures for the two procedure that you have mentioned.
At the moment I have only one week left in the JLEIC crab cavity charge code (MEPCV2). So I would like to get the travelers done by end of next week if possible. If you think we can get it done by then I am ok for looking more recent procedures.
If we cant do it with the time available I am ok to go with the old procedures for the JLEIC project as it is just one cavity.

Let me know what you think is best.

Thanks,
Suba

Subashini,

I was reviewing your JLEIC-CHEM-CAV-BCP traveler and had a few questions. First of all, it looks very good with the body. I didn't see anything that would prevent it from going into pansophy.
The first question I had was with the approvers. Since JLEIC is R&D, I'm not sure if the approvers are correct. I checked with Valerie, and she suggested Bob Rimmer for instance. Also, as Author, you are normally the person to be put in that slot. As author though, you decide who approves your documents. If you want it to remain as is, I will route.
The other question had was with the referenced procedures. CP-STP-CAV-CHEM-BCP and CP-STP-CAV-CHEM-DEGR are old. They are in the old naming convention, and the old procedure template, and were written five years ago. I am wondering if there are more up to date procedures we could use instead? I didn't see any in the SRF-MSPR area that might work, although I might be mistaken. If there are up to date procedures from other projects that would work, we could turn those into SRF-MSPRs so they can be used in multiple projects. I would be happy to help in the search and transfer into an SRF MSPR if you would like it. Please let me know how you want to proceed.

Allen
