Subject: Overdue Competence Acknowledgement Forms

Good afternoon, all,

There are a large number of Competence Acknowledgement Forms (CAFS) that are overdue and awaiting your approvals. Attached is a screenshotted list of overdue CAFs and who they are waiting on. We understand John Fischer is unavailable to sign, but would like to get the other signatures before he gets back. If you have any issues or questions regarding approvals, please don't hesitate to reach out to myself and Valerie, or review the docushare training slides on the pansophy help page.
