Hi Valerie,
These are great questions but very very premature in my view.  The PEPs, following our ISO processes, for the first two projects are in work now.  Can we include some of the info requested in those PEPs?  Then we can learn from those two as we develop PEPs for the other cryomodule types.
How does that sound?

As We prepare for EIC, the software team is looking into what to expect.

Current questions are

1.       components : how they breakdown. Ex: can a feed-through be used on any CM or only a specific CM style?

2.       How will TRs be handling the serialization of parts?

3.       How is procurement handling the POs? This is VERY IMPORTANT for PRIMeS!

4.       How is the WBS structure being defined? By CM style? CAV style? Etc?



I know a PDR is coming up and wondered what information we might gather.
