[Pansophy] Add Chris to NCR-responding list

Gigi,

We can do this, but we were wondering if Chris needed to be on every ER5C-INSP traveler? Does he also need to be on every revision as well, or just the latest?

Also, who is the TR for these components? We'll have to get their OK, or Anne's, before we start this.

Lastly, please use the service request page on pansophy going forward instead of emails. It helps us keep track of requests better.
