[Pansophy] Add Chris to NCR-responding list

Hello Gigi

Normally the project Coorinator makes this decision, however for ER5C there is no project coordinator

Personally I would agree that Chris should be able to disposition, however Tony may need to make the final call since he is the acting project coordinator for ER5C

Tony could you comment, would you agree to have Chris added?

We can do this, but we were wondering if Chris needed to be on every ER5C-INSP traveler? Does he also need to be on every revision as well, or just the latest?



Also, who is the TR for these components? We’ll have to get their OK, or Anne’s, before we start this.



Lastly, please use the service request page on pansophy going forward instead of emails. It helps us keep track of requests better.
