Tiffany,

The data should all be in there.

Thanks Allen. Please just fill in the data on page 1. These bellows will get inspected by CMM next, and the CMM inspector will fill in the other pages in the traveler.

Tiffany,

I can help you with this. Do you need me to close the traveler out when I'm done, or just input the data on page 1?

Allen

Hi Allen, Could you please help me with some data entry for the ER5C project? An outline of the steps that need to be done are below. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you :)

  1. Look in the folder O:\srfee\Ganey\C75\FBA\Leak Check Data<file://jlabgrp/group/srfee/Ganey/C75/FBA/Leak%20Check%20Data> for the BMP file types. (This folder also has some excel files but you can ignore these.) The BMP file names contain the Flanged Bellows Assembly (FBA) serial numbers as the 3 digit number. For example "SHORT BELLOWS 237 _plot" is the file for FBA SN #237. The file name format has some variation but all should have a 3 digit number that is the FBA SN.

  1. For each BMP file in the folder (there should be about 23 of this file type):
     *   Instantiate a new ER5C-INSP-FBA traveler.
     * Traveler Step #1 - select the FBASN to match the SN indicated in the file name.
     * Open (or preview) the BMP file and look at the x-axis on the chart to determine the initial leak check date. See red circle in the screen shot below.

     * Traveler step #2 - fill in the date on the file in the InitialLeakCheckDate data field.
     * Traveler step #2 - select "Yes" for InitialLeakCheckOK.
     * Traveler step #2 - the InitialLeakCheckComment can be left blank.
     * Save the traveler. The parts will be routed to CMM for the remaining portions of this traveler at a later time.
