Hi Ashley,

In the top screenshot, you are looking at ER5C and in the bottom screenshot you are looking at C75. All C75 travelers were closed once all the data was moved to ER5C so it wouldn’t show up in any reporting

Hi,

A service request was submitted, but I needed screenshots.



I'm looking into open travelers for ER5C and when I pull the QC report of open travelers, I see this list:

But when I datamine that highlighted SN, the Traveler shows as closed.  All of them show they are closed.
