[Pansophy] SRFCMP vs SRFOPS user group listings

Previously Leonard performed these tests and now Mike McCaughan is performing them.  They are done in the test stand above the CMTF.

We have not yet reworked the user group listing, but it is in the plan.
Whom would perform these sorts of tests and what "competence" would they require?

In the traveler C100R-CMTF-WINWGD-HPRF, step 1, I used <> for the RFTestTech data field. MichaelM performed the RF test for this traveler but is not in the SRFCMP drop down menu. Should the traveler be updated to use the <> user group or should MichaelM be added to the <> user group?

My suggestion would be to create a CMTF group of those who have the "competency" to perform such tests.
Thoughts?
