Hi Valerie,

Could you please look into Dan's comment. I know we have to set the serial numbers manually on these NCRs, but having them revert to the old ones after changing them hasn't happened before.

The Serial numbers is a Pansophy issue, as soon as I submit changes the description is reverted back. Pictures have been attached for the relative NCRs
