[Pansophy] HE Plating Spec. - hand editing bellow inspection travelers

I have "hand edited" the travelers to add in the Plating Procedure.
To reiterate - this is not our normal procedure to bypass the system.

There 2 already had the procedure added during their last revision update
L2HE-INSP-BLBP-R3
L2HE-INSP-BLBS-R3

I added the same link from above to the following travelers and added a note to the revision
L2HE-INSP-BLBU-R3
L2HE-INSP-BLXD-R1
L2HE-INSP-BPM-R3

Please be sure to INFORM ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS CHANGE

Suggestions from the meeting  mainly from Gary

  1.  add to the Traveler (with Michelle out on maternity leave Valerie thought there might be a way to do this )
  2.  address how to share with Vendors this or another version, so that they do not ship so many defective parts
