[Pansophy] CMTFOPS - New User dropdown list for travelers

Hi Valerie,
I have not seen the listing for <<CMTFOPS>> and was not aware of its 
existence.   But, if its applied to this one traveler than it should be 
applied to all of my testing travelers, assuming the right list of names 
is in it.
Otherwise, I would change <<SRFCMP>> to <<SRF>>.  Mike and Dakota are 
both in the <<SRF>> list.  If we want to change to the <<CMTFOPS>> 
listing, then both names should be added to that list.
