Hey Valerie,
That would be helpful. I'd like to see who's in the list though.

Mike,

Yes, that was the direction I was heading.
We are working on better defining our “user dropdown lists” especially in light of the new ISO Competency.
It is not in the “Traveler Template” yet as we have a few other changes to make as well.
However, you can type
[[CMTFTECH]] <<CMTFOPS>> and our system will find it.

Would you like us to upgrade your other travelers?

Valerie

Hi Valerie,
I have not seen the listing for <<CMTFOPS>> and was not aware of its existence. But, if its applied to this one traveler than it should be applied to all of my testing travelers, assuming the right list of names is in it.
Otherwise, I would change <<SRFCMP>> to <<SRF>>. Mike and Dakota are both in the <<SRF>> list. If we want to change to the <<CMTFOPS>> listing, then both names should be added to that list.

Mike,

It was 2 Service Requests from Tiffany Ganey.

In the traveler C100R-CMTF-WINWGD-HPRF, step 1, I used <> for the RFTestTech data field. MichaelM performed the RF test for this traveler but is not in the SRFCMP drop down menu. Should the traveler be updated to use the <> user group or should MichaelM be added to the <> user group?

Then a second request to add DCHRI (Dakota Christian).

Your name has also been added.

The user group list is <<CMTFOPS>>
This limits the names to those who have competency in CMTF.
If you would like any changes, please let me know.
