[Pansophy] Please review: C100R-CAV-ASSY-R3

Hi Kirk,

We are trying to merge the C100R-CAV-ASSY and ASSY2 travelers into one traveler so that the traveler more aligns with how the assembly work is done currently (now that we more often do single assemblies for these cavities).  I have the traveler routed for approval but it is waiting on Danny (and Tony) for approval.  As the Group Lead, you can review and approve the traveler in Danny's absence.  I would like to get this traveler approved and uploaded to Pansophy for use as the C100-08 cryomodules begin going through the work center next week.

Can you please review the revised C100R-CAV-ASSY_R3 traveler.  If you approve the document, please respond to all on this email with your approval.
