Looks like this Traveler need a revision to update points of contact.  It still has Kurt Macha and Scott Williams.  I'm sure there's several of these in ER5C.

Hi Kara

Yes I would have expected that Liang would be on the list to disposition the HOML, since she is the SOTR , along with others of course

I am putting the ER5C Project Co-Ordinator  (Matt) on copy so it can be addressed , along with a few others who I hope will help him through this process since he is new to this role
