Tiffany,

I have moved the data.
For travelers 1-22 (old stuff), I added a comment into FinalBrazeComm about the data being pulled. These travelers are closed.
The remaining travelers are still open #23 - 46. Please verify that the data is correct.
For JL128, the one that was rejected, I instantiated a new traveler #101 (remember we reset seq num).
It is still open so that you can add data or whatever you need to document.

Let me know if things aren't quite right or more data needs moved.

Hi Valerie -
1st question: Yes, it appears that C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ WINSWSN is the same as C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ WBASN (for the purpose of this data transfer).
2nd question: I think that the original data transfer took data from C100R-INSP-ADPT (which has 46 instances, but only 24 were still open when we started this process).  I count 25 instances of C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ.

  *   The first 22 instances of C100R-INSP-ADPT are old data that did not need to get transferred (those parts I believe are already installed and don't need to get tracked at the C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ level because those parts have already been made into WIN or WINWGD).  I looks like all of the 46 instances were transferred instead of just the active 24 instances we needed.  Since these additional instances in C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ (and now C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ) do not have corresponding data in C100R-INSP-ADPT, I'm not sure if it would be better to hid the old data instances in C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ or just add some note to the old instances in C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ that we acknowledge the data is incomplete because it was transferred from an old process.
  *    C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ has a WINWSN JL-128 that is not listed in C100R-INSP-ADPT WINWSNs.  It looks like JL-128 did not pass RF test (C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ PASSEDRFTESTING = No) so it was rejected from moving forward (I do not think there is anything we can really do to correct a ceramic /window that fails an RF test).  Because we used C100R-INSP-ADPT as the basis for the new C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ travelers, the new traveler also does not have a WBASN = JL-128.  I believe that we do need a WBASN = JL-128 in the C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ traveler and that the data would be incomplete (would have data transferred from the C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ but not from C100R-INSP-ADAP) and Greg / Scott would generate an NCR against the part to document it's stop in the production process.

Tiffany,

The C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ traveler doesn't have a WBASN, but rather a WINWSN.  In this relationship are they the same?
Also, C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ has 28 instantiations and C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ has 46. Why the difference?

Thanks Valerie - Having all the travelers in one workbook made it easy to do a "find" to figure out where the data fields were used.  The table below should now link all the data fields in the new C100R-FURN-WBA-BRAZ traveler with the previous travelers.  I believe the data from the C100R-INSP-ADPT traveler was already imported (assuming the data transferred was up to date) so just the data from the C100R-FURN-WINW-BRAZ needs to be added.  I believe this should give Greg all the data he is looking for in this traveler.  Please do not close the traveler after the transfer so that Greg can fill in the data fields that do not correspond with an old traveler.

I'll continue to look through the workbook you sent me and check with Greg to verify that everything that needs to be transferred was identified.  I'll let you know if anything new is identified.  Thanks for your help with this project!
