Good afternoon Ashley,

I am looking into the error and had a quick question.

Since your request was involving removing a duplicate traveler there would not have been a specific sequence number so that field was left blank on the form?
I think that since sequence number is a required field it may have thrown an error if left empty. We will have to work to find a solution that if a request is not referencing a specific instance of a traveler the user will not receive an error.

Morning,
I tried to fill out the Traveler Request form and I'm getting the "Something went wrong" error.  I might be asking too much of it.

Here's my request:

Duplicate Travelers need to be merged /archived.

C100R-CAV-CHEM-COMP-R1 should be archived to remove from drop down list but SNs (all, but specifically WINSN) in this one need to be moved over to C100R-CHEM-COMP-DEGR-R2

C100R-CHEM-COMP-DEGR-R2 should be kept.
