Subject: RE: Procedure naming question
Hi Liang,
MSPR and PR depend on whether this is a procedure for just one project, or if it is a master procedure that can be used across multiple projects. PR is for the former, and MSPR is for the latter. Since you say this could be use for any project, I would use MSPR. When it is ready, put it in the INSP ready for approvals folder for master procedures here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-52474>.

Subject: Procedure naming question
Hi Allen,
I am writing a procedure about copper plating inspection. It could be used for any project. This is the document number I intend to use: SRF-MSPR-INSP-CPPL
I'm not sure whether to use MSPR or just PR though. What is the difference between them and what is your suggestion?
Thank you,
Liang
