Chris,

I also wanted to ask you about the CP-C75-COR-CLN-ION procedure. It is in the old naming convention, which suggests it is out of date. We do have an Ionized Nitrogen Parts Cleaning master procedure (SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-CST-ION) that just got approved and I'm working on getting into the system. If you would like I can swap the old procedure out for the new master procedure. For your convenience, I've attached the word doc for you to review and consider.

ER5C-CLNRM-GV15-ASSY got approved last night. I am going over it one more time before uploading to pansophy. Some of the references mentioned are unlinked. Are there documents they can be linked to, or are they still in development?
